Q: How Many Times Per Week Can I Attend?
A: Attending class 2-3 times per week will help you build strength, stamina, and increase your overall energy throughout your days.
Q: When Does The 4-Week Intro Program Start?
A: As soon as you are READY to take the LEAP and start with us!
Q: If I've been in program in before, can I sign up again?
A: Absolutely! We always welcome new and former members to our programs!

Q: If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
A: Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. Our trainers get to know each and every member on the mats, we will help guide you and show you how to use variations to ensure you build strength & feel great!
Q: Does it include a nutrition plan too?
A: Yes! An incredibly delicious, easy, and "done for you" effective meal plan!
Q: What Happens After The 4-Week Intro Program Ends?
A: We have an ongoing Fit-Over-50 program that we would love for you to stay on board with. We are hoping that during the initial 4 weeks you love it so much that you will want to stay with us afterwards! It's all about taking that first step.
